Accommodating Rush Orders
Not every order is a rush job, but quick turn will always be an important part of the data center industry.
At PDU Cables, we recognize this and are prepared to meet our customer's needs, be it delivering cables in a month, a week or a day.
Running a Second Shift is the Key to Accommodating Rush Orders
Running two shifts allows PDU Cables to keep manufacturing power whips well into the evening, regardless of how late the orders are received and entered into our system.
For orders received after shipping carrier cutoffs, we use our second shift to manufacture cables and have them ready to ship first thing the next day. This frees up capacity to accept, manufacture and ship more same day orders. This includes orders received only a couple of hours before the shipping cutoffs, which is especially helpful for those last minute small orders that always seem to pop-up.
Even with this quick turn philosophy, PDU Cables stringent process quality controls ensure each cable is tested, labeled, and cleaned prior to packaging and shipment.
Turning orders around quickly is something our customers appreciate and have come to depend on for their business. At PDU Cables, our business is to support your business.
