The Air-Guard Extreme is a heavy duty double layer gasket system, incorporating a flexible EPDM synthetic "rubber" gasket material along with Air-Guard bush technology to deliver airtight seals around cables, helping to eliminate air leakage and control airflow bypass in under-floor air installations. 

 

The Air Guard Extreme is a heavy duty two stage integrated sealing system utilizing a rubbe gasket on the back side and brush technology on the front to provide the most effective air seal available for a data center raised floor environment. The Air-Guard Extreme is designed to seal raised floor cable cutouts prior to installation of communications or power cabling.  Both the Air-Guard Extreme and its integrated safety cover are manufactured from flame retardant ABS polycarbonate material that provides a finished look on all raised floor panels.  Solid construction and the textured surface compliment all floor coverings. 

Heavy duty, integrated Safety Cover comes as a standard component. This feature allows installation of the grommet during the construction phase and eliminates the risk of injury by someone stepping through the grommet opening. OSHA jobsite standards require open holes in floor panels to be covered. The cover may remain in place until cabling systems are installed and may be saved for future use.
