Lifetime Warranty & Registration

PDU Cables assures that all cable assemblies are free from defects in quality or workmanship from the date of original purchase. If any PDU cable fails because of a manufacturing defect, within 90 days of shipment, contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will authorize the return of your PDU cable(s) and freight will be paid for the replacement.

To ensure your cables are warranted beyond the 90 day standard warranty, please contact PDU Cables to register for the complete, Limited Lifetime Warranty Program.

This warranty excludes connectors, circuit breakers, and devices and does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or operation other than its specified purpose.
