Our Warranty

Every PDU cable includes a Lifetime Warranty and Replacement Guarantee. PDU Cables assures that all cable assemblies are free from defects in quality or workmanship from the date of original purchase. If any PDU cable fails because of a manufacturing defect, contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will authorize the return of your PDU cables(s) and freight will be paid for the replacement. This warranty excludes connectors, circuit breakers, and devices and does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or operation other than its specified purpose.
